Bandpass Filters

It is a fairly common issue of having decreased receive sensitivity of Meshtastic devices in the presence of strong transmitters, such as 800 Mhz Public Safety, 700 or 800 Mhz cellular, or 900 Mhz Studio-to-Transmitter Links. Nothing more frustrating than to have a great site for a node and then not be able to ping it. Airframes has come up with a 2.0 Mhz bandpass filter that will do wonders to get rid of the offending signals.

From their web site:

A Premium Meshtastic LoRa 915mhz cavity filter that provides low-loss filtering of 915 MHz LoRa signals between an antenna and a LoRa device. Increases signal SNR, reduces out of band harmonics, and allows for the weaker and distant nodes to be heard. The Airframes Meshtastic LoRa Cavity Filter is Ideal for Meshtastic. It is tuned for standard/default 906.875 (slot 20). This could be used for non-Meshtastic uses. You can contact us if you need a cavity filter for your specific frequency needs. You cannot tune this filter to other CFs.

We have field tested these units and have seen great results, with a +20 to general SNR improvement

Very tight skirt for your Meshtastic Device. Lots of rejection of signals outside of the 2 Mhz bandwidth.
